This mixed-use development on Honeysuckle Drive sits close to the Newcastle harbour foreshore and required careful consideration of access and parking to avoid costly basement construction. SECA secured approval with reduced visitor parking for both the commercial and residential components. An agreed access arrangement maximised site access with minimum impact on the surrounding Newcastle road network. The development has since progressed to construction.
