The approved masterplan for Highview Estate in Jindabyne required significant intersection upgrades and new road connections to accommodate the final release stages. SECA collected traffic data during the peak ski season to demonstrate that existing road connections had considerable spare capacity. The full development was approved to proceed within the existing road network, removing the requirement for additional road connections and delivering significant savings on infrastructure costs for the developer.
