Philter Brewing appointed us to prepare a Green Travel Plan for the Sydenham Road site in Marrickville, providing sustainable transport alternatives for employees given limited off-street parking. Specific objectives and targets were identified based on employee residence patterns and willingness to use sustainable transport. Outcomes have included reduced private vehicle use and increased walking and cycling to the site.
Traffic and parking assessment for the HD18 mixed use development on Honeysuckle Drive in Newcastle. Reduced visitor parking secured along with an agreed access arrangement close to Newcastle harbour. The development has since progressed to construction.
