This residential subdivision in Greta in the Hunter Region had been delayed by capacity constraints on the New England Highway. With the Hunter Expressway now open, SECA successfully argued that road capacity had increased and no road upgrades were required. The assessment saved the developer the cost of installing new traffic signals.
