This resort style golf course has a single vehicle access. An assessment was completed for this current access to determine the extent of additional traffic that can be accommodated by the intersection before any upgrades would be required. Based upon this capacity limit, the extent of additional development was determined to provide for a mixture of permanent and holiday accommodation.
