The upgrade of this iconic Central Coast site required support to the design team in being able to upgrade the existing shopping centre as well as incorporate additional retail, tourist and conference facilities whilst supporting the needs of the community by providing improvements to the local road network and bus facilities. Extensive surveys and modelling of the surrounding road network was undertaken to facilitate effective access for the various proposed uses on site. Consultation with Council and the RMS was undertaken in supporting the successful approval for the development.
